Except as otherwise agreed with Core I.S. Ltd or the partner with which you booked your course, the course fee must be paid in advance of attendance of the course. Exam results will not be released by Core I.S. Ltd until course fees have been paid.
A refund of the course fee will only be made in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Core I.S. Ltd and, if applicable, the partner with which you booked the course.
The Customer may change a delegate name at any time prior to course commencement with no additional charge payable.
The Customer is entitled to two course deferments from the originally agreed course start date, with the following conditions, except as otherwise agreed with Core I.S. Ltd and the partner with which you booked the course:-
- The course must be attended within six months of the originally agreed course start date.
- A deferment fee will be charged, for each deferment, in addition to the course fee, according to the notice period given by the Customer before the agreed course start date, as follows:-

Core I.S. Ltd reserves the right to cancel the course if delegate numbers fall below a viable level. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, an alternative date will be offered, or the course fee will be refunded in full. |
