are people we use when our permanent staff
are over stretched, or when a specialist skill
is required that we don’t have ourselves.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
To become a Core IS Associate you must
meet certain criteria:
at least 2 years experience in either programme
management, project management or project support
or
a specialist skill of value within programmes
and projects (e.g. a specialist risk manager,
auditor, project planner)
highest standards of professionalism and
personal integrity
at least 2 years consultancy experience (or
equivalent)
PRINCE2™ qualified
good references
